The first part of the song shows signs of loneliness. General Commenti don't believe this song has anything to do with vampires, but the fact that this guy has been waiting for this girl to come around for a very long time. I think this song is about realizing everything that happen during a break up, it's almost like he is trying to convinced himself to change for the better.
